Assistant Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and in line with company standards. This includes managing staff, handling inventory, and maintaining store presentation.
2. Supporting and motivating the store team, providing training and guidance to ensure high levels of customer service and effective performance.
3. Assisting in driving sales and meeting targets through strategic planning, implementing promotional activities, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Ensuring a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues, and creating a positive shopping experience to build customer loyalty.
5. Managing store processes, including stock control, merchandising, and maintaining store compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant:

1. At least 4-6 years of retail experience and have been managing multiple stores before.
2. Demonstrates effective team management and motivational skills.
3. Proven track record in retail management with experience in driving sales and optimizing inventory.
4. Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and resolve issues effectively.
5. Highly organized with the capability to oversee store operations and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining brand standards.
7. Skilled at identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve store performance.
