Job Responsibilities

  • Handle the parts inquiry, PO from dealers, follow up the back order. Escalate to the management for emergency case.
  • Maintain the EPC, contact with the upstream and manage parts supply.
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of Parts & Accessory Operation & Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Benchmark, develop, manage & maintains pricing of spare parts.
  • Manage parts accounting and taxation matters and outstanding payments and debtors.
  • Assist parts homologation and certification, accurately communication to upstream resources with the Malaysia regulations.
  • Manage merchandise / parts information, including materials, shape, and condition of parts.
  • Manage 3PL (3rd Party Logistic) provider in warehousing & logistic (inbound and outbound) matters.
  • Ensure regular communication with dealers and a channel is in place to obtain their feedback and moving forward action plan activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent
  • Experienced in Parts & Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Dealer Management in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. (PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Result-oriented and customer-focused.
