Job Responsibilities
- Handle the parts inquiry, PO from dealers, follow up the back order. Escalate to the management for emergency case.
- Maintain the EPC, contact with the upstream and manage parts supply.
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of Parts & Accessory Operation & Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Benchmark, develop, manage & maintains pricing of spare parts.
- Manage parts accounting and taxation matters and outstanding payments and debtors.
- Assist parts homologation and certification, accurately communication to upstream resources with the Malaysia regulations.
- Manage merchandise / parts information, including materials, shape, and condition of parts.
- Manage 3PL (3rd Party Logistic) provider in warehousing & logistic (inbound and outbound) matters.
- Ensure regular communication with dealers and a channel is in place to obtain their feedback and moving forward action plan activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent
- Experienced in Parts & Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Dealer Management in the automotive industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Result-oriented and customer-focused.
