Marketing Assistant Manager

- Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to support business objectives and drive brand awareness.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, promotional activities, and campaign calendars for multiple brands and products.
- Coordinate with retail outlets, suppliers, agencies, media partners, mall management, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Support the development of product marketing plans, promotional events, and initiatives to generate customer awareness and demand.
- Prepare campaign briefs, marketing materials, promotional content, and communication assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage and oversee the execution of social media content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across platforms.
- Lead and direct designers, photographers, videographers, and creative personnel to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and creative projects.
- Manage, allocate, and prioritise tasks across the marketing and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand standards.
- Monitor campaign performance, gather market feedback, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of advertising materials, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in identifying potential partnership, collaboration, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed within approved timelines, budgets, and company standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Support the Senior Marketing team in implementing departmental strategies and achieving overall marketing objectives.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred, with approximately 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience; however, candidates with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Fully experience in handling Social Media Advertising (Facebook and Instagram)
- Exposure to lifestyle products of furniture will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate is must: knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad Word.
- Must have strong and good communication and written skills.
