Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for prepping ingredients
  • Preparing, cooking, and plating menu items in accordance with the restaurantâs recipes and specifications.
  • Keeps their work area clean, organized, and stocked, throughout shift.

Job Requirements

  • Min 2 years as a Wok Chef in high volume Chinese Restaurant.
  • Ability to read and follow a recipe by weighing and measuring ingredients
  • Advanced knife handling, saute, fry, steam, and wok experience
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (minimum of 8 hours a day) Job Benifits
