Job Responsibility
Below is a glimpse of what you will do:
- Monitor merchant sales performance.
- Identify and develop new accounts.
- Create and build good relationships between the organization and merchants to foster loyalty as business partners.
- Handle merchant/customer complaints and provide feedback to management for operational improvement.
- Gather market information such as competitor activities and customer behavior.
- Conduct training for merchants.
- Handle and follow up on merchants' complaints and feedback.
- Ensure sufficient forms and POP at merchants while maximizing market exposure.
- Negotiate with merchants to achieve the best solutions benefiting both the company and the merchants.
