Sales Officer

Job Responsibility

Below is a glimpse of what you will do:

1. Monitor merchant sales performance.
2. Identify and develop new accounts.
3. Create and build good relationships between the organization and merchants to foster loyalty as business partners.
4. Handle merchant/customer complaints and provide feedback to management for operational improvement.
5. Gather market information such as competitor activities and customer behavior.
6. Conduct training for merchants.
7. Handle and follow up on merchants' complaints and feedback.
8. Ensure sufficient forms and POP at merchants while maximizing market exposure.
9. Negotiate with merchants to achieve the best solutions benefiting both the company and the merchants.
