Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing People & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies, policies, and programs
- Executing ESG training, research, reporting, integration, stakeholder engagement program
- Support performing materiality assessment, data strategy, action-planning, and reporting
- Management and maintenance of various ESG ratings/disclosures/programs
- Assist in establishing, executing and communicating ESG
- Integrate ESG and climate risk related considerations into business
- Organize and carry out staff training on ESG - Provide support and coordination on all related ESG activities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or ESG-related roles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives is a plus
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability and a strong desire to make a positive environmental impact
- Strong research skills, with commitment to personal learning and development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral - 2-4 years of experience working with ESG and / or key sustainability frameworks and principles
