Job Responsibility
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conducting financial analysis and providing recommendations to relevant department
- Managing financial risk including liquidity, solvency, and capital structure and ensuring regulatory compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Lead team member to achieve savings strategies through improved internal controls & create extra income for company
- Leading and coaching a team managers being responsible for team performance, as well as team member growth and professional development
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as company secretary, auditors and tax authorities.
- You are required to handle HR duties like payroll compliance and professionally address personnel issues across departments and provide appropriate advice.
- Minimum education qualification in Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of working experience in accounting.
- Languages: Mandarin speaking is a plus, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in MS Power Point, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word;
- Must possess own transport and be a Malaysian citizen.
