Job Responsibility
- Be a part of our team by contributing on our brand such as Wardah, Emina or any upcoming company brand.
- Perform in-store and out-store promotion activities to increase brand awareness and the number of trialists
- Create and maintain a positive relationship with external stakeholders; and
- Educate different communities and the public to create new consumers.
- Become an expert on our diverse range of skincare and makeup products.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Offer personalized beauty advice and tips based on individual preferences.
- Create engaging tutorials for social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
- Promote inclusivity by ensuring all customers feel represented and catered to.
- Celebrate diversity and encourage self-expression through beauty.
- Passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in beauty retail or as a beauty influencer is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive and energetic attitude with a genuine desire to make people feel beautiful.
