Job Description:

  • Assist with recruitment (scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
  • Support employee onboarding and maintain HR records.
  • Handle administrative tasks like documentation, filing, and office maintenance.
  • Help organize training sessions and HR events.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma / degree in any related field
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
