Job Responsibility Patrolling
- Patrol property on foot, securing and focusing suspicious behaviors regards to stock loss.
- React on any safety hazard which can customer, colleagues and visitors.
- Control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform building and equipment inspections.
- Customer Entrance
- Manning customer entrance to prevent push through events and providing excellent service for customer.
- Frequently communicate every suspicious activity to other security officer and duty manager to get right support.
- Monitor customer exits to monitor customer and cashier suspicious activities.
- Check self-scan check out customer purchase receipt as company policy.
- Report every suspicious activity to management time to time.
- Monitor and record every in and out through staff entrance.
- Manage walkie talkie inventory and ensure in/out log book maintain as per business policy.
- Ensure every visitor and staff searched as per business requirement.
- Manage Key inventory and maintain in/out per policy.
- Responsibly to manage visitor management system
- Manage goods in/out policy as per business requirement
- Report every suspicious activity to management and deal the situation.
- Control back door keys.
- Managing Lotuss shopping online area and enaure all security protocols and adhere all the time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as security officer
- Helpful, courteous attitude
- Experience with security equipment and surveillance systems
- Minimum retail knowledge.
