Location: Bandar Utama
Salary Range: RM 2000 - RM 2300
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regimented calling to debtors for payment (140 accounts per day & success rate).
- Discussion with debtors on repayment schemes or restructuring of loans to update arrears.
- Initiate site visits and searches to ascertain the whereabouts of uncontactable hirers.
- Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by Team Leader or Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Collections.
- Well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
