Job Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Administer and manage employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Handle employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
- Support in the execution of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and wellness programs.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in hiring and handling employee issues.
