Responsibilities:
- Deliver presentations of products at customer sites and at conferences and exhibitions.
- Meet annual sales targets.
- Maintain company’s contact management database with accurate, up-to-date contact and activity details.
- Produce monthly sales reports.
- Provide feedback from members and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery.
- Construct and implement clear strategic plans to consolidate designated selected accounts relationships and gain valuable new and repeat business.
- Recognize and deal effectively with competitors’ threats, setting specific goals and objectives to achieve relevant goals on each meeting.
- Manage multiple relationships, networking, and enforce strategic planning to maximize and maintain the potential of selected accounts.
- Adopt effective skills to persuade and motivate key buyers, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Enforce appropriate approaches to secure increased and profitable business from selected accounts.
- Identify potential accounts, develop, and establish long-term partnerships.
- Respect, reassure, and motivate the key personnel charged with servicing and supporting the major accounts.
- Identify and overcome internal barriers that prevent quality support.
- Ensure effective internal communications both within the various teams/departments and across the organization.
- Seek to continuously improve member relations with particular regard to the provision of efficient communications to facilitate product development and issue management.
- Report to and meet with the superior at least once per week.
- Assist in the identification of opportunities for new products and for enhancement and development of existing products.
- Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that market.
- Ensure that the company has an in-depth understanding of the customers’ immediate and ongoing needs.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability with the selected accounts.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields is required.
- Good track records in business networking and business development.
- Knowledge in Syariah compliance is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and result-oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Capability to interact with different business environments and cultures.
