Key responsibilities:
  • Plans, organises and directs the overall F&B operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the all the F&B facilities (restaurants, bars, banquet and meeting suites)
  • Daily management of all the F&B facilities ensuring that the highest standards of F&B service is provided to the guests
  • Profitability and revenue generation

skills and experience required

  • Demonstrated work experience of F&B management in the hospitality industry
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
