Key responsibilities:- Plans, organises and directs the overall F&B operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the all the F&B facilities (restaurants, bars, banquet and meeting suites)
- Daily management of all the F&B facilities ensuring that the highest standards of F&B service is provided to the guests
- Profitability and revenue generation

- Demonstrated work experience of F&B management in the hospitality industry
