• Lead the technical aspects of new data center projects, including site selection and acquisition.
• Oversee design, permitting, and construction processes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to meet project requirements.

Site Acquisition & Evaluation:

• Identify and assess potential sites considering location, infrastructure, and regulations.
• Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies to evaluate risks.
• Negotiate land acquisitions or leases, ensuring optimal site selection for development.

Infrastructure Design:

• Oversee infrastructure design to meet technical standards and future scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on detailed plans for electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Ensure designs incorporate modern technologies and sustainability practices.

Construction Management:

• Monitor construction phases, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Resolve any construction-related issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build relationships with stakeholders, including authorities and utility providers.
• Represent the company in public meetings to advocate for project approvals.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Sustainability & Innovation:

• Promote sustainable practices and green building standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in site development, construction, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of site selection, acquisition, and construction in the APAC region.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices is a plus.
