Job Description
- Creating and executing information security plans, policies, and procedures.
- Identifying and addressing risks to the organization's information assets.
- Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
- Leading and managing a team of security professionals.
- Developing and overseeing the budget for security initiatives.
- Working with senior management to ensure departmental compliance with standards.
- Assessing and protecting the company's data, network, infrastructure, endpoints, and manufacturing systems to ensure they are secure, up-to-date, and capable of handling security incidents.
- Managing security systems like XDR, EPP, CSPM, M365, and Azure Security.
- Understanding cybersecurity needs, challenges, and solutions.
- Knowledgeable about IT-SOX, NIST-CSF, ISO 27002, SOC2, OWASP, and other security standards.
- Keeping up-to-date with current regulatory, privacy, and security best practices.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity and IT.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or cybersecurity.
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications.
