- Identify and target new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and repeat sales.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and addressing customer concerns.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Aptitude for problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Car license needed
- Good attitude and punctual time to meet clients
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage time wisely to do offline and online work
- Income salary RM 1.8K - RM 7K
- Commission pay based on sales
