Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining key customer relationships, and identifying new potential candidates to join the team. You will work closely with the agency leader to ensure the target is met and new successful member enrolment.
Qualifications
- Minimum entry with SPM and 2 years of sales working experience
- Preferred with a Diploma or Degree in Business studies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork player and leadership skill
