Job Description
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities
• Establish short and long term online marketing plans to achieve performance targets. Track and evaluate return on investment for those marketing plans
• Identify market growth opportunities and improve market share by designing digital strategies and marketing campaigns
• Manage the implementation of online marketing plans by working with other teams such as product development, marketing communications, sales, technical teams as well as external partners
• Utilize a variety of online marketing tools such as SEO & SEM to enhance product awareness and customer reach. Keep up with the latest innovative online marketing technologies and trends
• Collaborate with internal and external partners regularly to fine-tune approaches and marketing programs for improving sales hit rate
• Monitor competitors’ online strategies and perform content management on websites and partnership portal
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• At least 7 years of online marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications or IT industry
• Experienced in implementing SEO/SEM initiatives and managing tracking tools such as Google Analytics
• Strong project management skills with exposure in executing e-commerce or e-shop related projects
• Independent, proactive team player and dare to think out of the box
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
