Responsibility

• Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars.
• Developing curricula and course material that can be used across a number of platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to create a syllabus that meets industry needs.
• Meet up to Claz'room quality and standards
• To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching programme in accordance with the college's strategy, policy and procedure
• To implement feedback from program reviews and research new innovations in both learning design and education
• To design, develop, learning and teaching material and deliver either a cross a range of modules or within a subject area.
• Ensure that syllabus designs and delivery comply with quality standards and regulations of the college.
• Select appropriate assessment and criteria, assess the work and progress of students by referring to the criteria and provide constructive feedback to students
• Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or improvement and contribute to the planning, design and development of objectives and material
• Assist recruitment team in school visitation, studio visitation and recruitment process.
• Create and Support marking material, including some marketing event like open day and exhibition

• Less than 1 year of 3D lighting and compositing in Maya Arnold render for Tutor
• Minimum five (5) years of 3D lighting and compositing in Maya Arnold render for lecturer
• Minimum five (5) years of 3D lighting and compositing in Maya Arnold renderfor Senior lecture
• Proficient in Maya, Nuke, After Effect and Photoshop
• Production Experience with Arnold
• Good Communication skills in English
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Strong understating of light, color theory and composition
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and solve problems
• Work well in a team under a supervisor
• Learn new techniques quickly and adapt to different project styles
