Job Description

• Provide education counselling services to prospective students and parents.
• Drive sales activities and achieve individual and group targets for student enrolment.
• Involved in marketing functions including all major student recruitment activities i.e. campus events, roadshows, public fairs, and school marketing activities related to student recruitment.
• Handle any other tasks as assigned by Superiors.

Job Requirements

• Possess a recognized Degree in Marketing/ Business or any other related discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently as a team member as well as independently.
• Comfortable with a target-based performance system and able to manage stress accordingly.
• Possess a positive attitude and confidence in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours and weekends (if required).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
