Job Responsibility

  • To assist in organizing, updating, managing documentations and customer database.
  • To be part of the operations team working with part-timers.
  • To be part of customer service team.
  • To assist in coordinating with suppliers.

Job Requirements

  • Independent / Resourceful / Reliable / Friendly & Pleasant personality
  • Good interpersonal skills / Team player
  • Minimum 1 year Admin experience
  • Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Basic Filing & Documentation management skills
  • Ability to speak basic Mandarin/ Cantonese is an added advantage.
