Job Responsibility
- To assist in organizing, updating, managing documentations and customer database.
- To be part of the operations team working with part-timers.
- To be part of customer service team.
- To assist in coordinating with suppliers.
- Independent / Resourceful / Reliable / Friendly & Pleasant personality
- Good interpersonal skills / Team player
- Minimum 1 year Admin experience
- Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Basic Filing & Documentation management skills
- Ability to speak basic Mandarin/ Cantonese is an added advantage.
