Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information. 回复客户咨询并提供产品信息。
- Understand customer needs and manage the sales process. 了解客户需求并管理销售流程。
- Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers. 维护与新客户和现有客户的良好关系。
- Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction. 开展跟进活动以确保客户满意度。
- Working closely with other sales team members, marketing, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience. 与其他销售团队成员、市场部门和物流部门紧密合作，确保客户体验顺畅。
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by management. 执行管理层分配的其他临时任务。

Requirement:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent 大专/本科或同等学历
- Strong communication skills, team player 具备良好的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神
- Familiar with MS Office 熟悉MS Office软件
- Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with mandarin-speaker stakeholders 能以中文沟通
