Job Description

  • To coordinate daily functions of receiving, sorting, and coordinating with company logistics driver with the packing and delivery process.
  • Preparing Quotation and Invoicing.
  • Maintaining a clean, orderly, organized, and well-stocked store.
  • To assist store Supervisor in stock take and procurement process.
  • Any other office administrative duties, as and when assigned occasionally.
  • All documents are filled in daily and kept accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • SPM (with a few years experience) / Cert / Diploma / Degree.
  • Computer basics (Excel & Word).
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • 2 years of experience in office admin; experience in the Medical Industry will be an advantage.
  • Able to provide excellent customer service.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and a team player.
