Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is an 18-24 months development program designed for high potential young graduates, equipping you with the core competencies and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career with us. The Finance Management Trainee Program will provide the incumbent first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations within the Finance function, namely Budget & Planning, Commercial Finance, Costing, Corporate Accounting, Treasury, and Tax. Are you the one we're looking for?
- Degree or Master's degree holder in Accounting, professional qualifications like ACCA, CFA, CIMA, and etc would be an added advantage
- Passionate about developing a career in the FMCG industry
- Problem solver with strong systems thinking skills
- Creative & critical thinker with an open mind and high learning agility
- Adventurous, entrepreneurial & possess an experimental mindset
- Strong leadership skills & driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes
