We are currently hiring for: Full-Time Position: * Sales / Business Development Executive __(Focus: Closing sales for participants to join our AI seminar) 📍 Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur 🏢 Work Arrangement: On-site Job Responsibilities:- _Promote and introduce AI seminar to potential leads
- _Follow up with interested prospects
- _Close sales and convert leads into seminar participants
- _Handle objections and provide clear explanation about seminar value
- _Work closely with marketing/team to achieve sales targets
- _Malaysian citizen only
- _Diploma / Degree in any field
- _Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- _Strong communication and persuasion skills
- _Confident in speaking and dealing with people
- _Sales experience is an advantage but not compulsory
- _Target-driven and willing to learn
; JOB REQUIREMENTS: _
Job Requirements- Malaysian citizen
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident in engaging and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience is an added advantage, but not required
- Comfortable making outbound calls, follow-ups, and handling inquiries
- Ability to identify potential prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools
- Willing to learn new sales and marketing strategies
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets and incentives
