Job Responsibility

  • Managing and maintain office supplies and packing material, including ordering, stocking and organizing inventory.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends for management review.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence handling.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inventory needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Provide support during inventory counts and participate in monthly stocktakes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in inventory management.
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Providing general administrative support to team members as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Min. Certificate level, additional certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
  • Proven at least 1 year experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to inventory control.
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Master inventory software.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
