Job Description Mac Gadget M Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Online Seller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries, promoting products through digital platforms, and ensuring a smooth customer purchasing experience. Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through online platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
- Promote and sell company products through social media and e-commerce platforms
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery status
- Prepare quotations and provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in creating online marketing content and promotional postings
- Update product listings, pricing, and stock availability on online platforms
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of social media and online selling platforms
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Experience in online sales or retail sales is preferred
