Job Responsibility
- Assisting patient with daily tasks such as eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, Maintains resident' records daily in a timely manner.
- Reports any changes in residents physical condition and / or behavior.
- Allows and encourages residents to do as much of their own care as possible.
- Ensuring that patient follow treatment plans and take the necessary medication.
- Initiates and participates in leisure activities provided for residents as described in the programme.
- Serving as a companion to clients.
- Transporting client to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
- Managing medication serving.
- Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residents.
- Follow proper procedures in emergency situation and responds promptly.
- Knows location of each resident, and notifies the supervisor immediately if unable to locate a resident .
- Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.
