Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
- Assist in troubleshooting and IT related issues raised by the customer or other employees.
- Perform IT related tasks and resolve issues.
- Maintain and manage IT assets inventory.
- Resolve any issues regarding the systems.
- Answer customer questions and provide information.
- Answer phone calls and follow up with customers and vendors regarding appointments and deliveries.
- Compile, maintain, and update company records.
- Manage office inventory and work with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials.
- Set up appointments, schedule meetings, distribute reports, and manage correspondence between the office and external bodies.
- Compile and maintain records of office business transactions.
- Operate office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia instruments.
