Job Purpose: Mainly focused in FP&A and working with local and Indonesia market business teams in providing Financial Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  1. FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNERING: Act as Finance Business Partner to designated regional units. Drive constructive collaboration, propagate clear goals and expectations, manage effectively to describe and deliver financial objectives. Share accountability for business performance.
  2. Be actively aware of the Commercial pipeline (local & GI) and support the deployment of GRO-endorsed pricing approval (PA) models. Participate in Opportunity Review Board discussions when required. Collaborate with the APAC Commercial FBP team to evaluate and report revenue pipeline (book-to-bill) status, opportunity pipeline performance, and the booking outlook.
  3. Collaborate with the APAC Commercial and APAC Operations FBP teams to deploy, establish and maintain management processes and working business models that coordinate and collate strategic planning; growth projections, capacity & capital expenditure planning; annual budgeting and multi-year planning (MVP); and monthly & quarterly forecasting with structured assessment of risks & opportunities.
  4. Support and/or provide routine reporting of financial results, drawing on 'report on a page' or 'vital signs' style resources to show a coherent mix of leading and lagging performance metrics.
  5. Conduct variance analysis and other ad hoc investigations to identify and evaluate performance in comparison to strategic imperatives and budgeting objectives.
  6. Collaborate in the preparation and presentation of formal Business Review requirements and supply required inputs to stakeholders.
  7. Contribute to the production of business investment and capital expenditure cases.
  8. Support pricing and revenue management programs as required.

GENERAL FINANCE FUNCTION:

  1. Engage and cooperate with C&A (Control & Accounting) in relation to execution of accounting period close procedures and compliance with group accounting policies.
  2. Meet all local compliance requirements, including statutory financial reporting and taxation.
  3. Facilitate external and internal audit relationships and maintain quality in service delivery.
  4. Manage cash resources, forecast cash flow, and ensure the company can meet its commitments.
  5. Engage with relevant Global Finance CoE's to streamline local capability.
  6. Ensure procurement and payables processes operate to optimize OpEx & CapEx.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of intermediate to advanced FP&A experience in a sizeable organization.
  2. Demonstrable data analysis and financial management reporting skills.
  3. Experience supporting Commercial and Operations leaders to drive financial performance.
  4. Up to date working understanding of core accounting standards.
  5. Experience designing and improving financial systems and processes.

  2. Leadership in orchestrating planning and forecasting processes.
  3. Systematic, data-driven, and results-oriented.
  4. Well-developed financial planning & analysis competency.
  5. Strong technology skills, including Google Workspace and ERP systems.
  6. Understanding of matrixed organization structure.
