Job Description

Preparation Before Live Sessions:

• Set up the live-streaming area, including lighting, audio, and camera equipment.
• Prepare necessary products, props, and materials to be featured during the live session.
• Coordinate with the presenter/host to ensure all requirements are in place.
• Test all technical equipment to ensure optimal functionality prior to going live.

Support During Live Sessions:

• Assist the presenter/host with any real-time needs during the live session.
• Monitor live chat, comments, and viewer engagement, ensuring smooth interaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during the broadcast.
• Keep track of product demonstrations and help manage product transitions.

Post-Live Cleanliness and Organization:

• Dismantle and clean up the live-streaming area after the session.
• Safely store all equipment and ensure everything is ready for the next live.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements

• Basic understanding of live-streaming equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to real-time challenges.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work on Public Holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of Diploma in any field.
• Previous experience with social media live-streaming (FB Live or other platforms) is a plus.
• Familiarity with online retail or e-commerce environments.
