Application Support Specialist - SAP Purchase to Pay (SAP MM)

What you'll do

• You investigate, resolve and/or escalate all tickets related to the SAP MM area, SAP Workflows, FIS processes.
• You assess the incidents/generic & service requests with a proper impact and urgency assignment.
• You act as ticket owner and maintain high quality communication with the business.
• You achieve a high-resolution rate with adequate documentation, and you align with third level support if needed.
• You analyze and prepare test cases in quality systems.

Who you are

• You gained solid experience working in the SAP Material Management area, especially in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification and knowledge of integration with modules such as Finance (Accounting) or Sales (Deliveries).
• You are familiar with workflows & release strategies (approvals) in SAP.
• You understand linking points between invoices flow in material management, finance and sales functional modules.
• You know how to customize SAP MM and debug SAP programs.
• You know the MDG/MDM solution (Business Partners, Vendors/Customers, Materials).
• You ensure excellent teamwork.
• You are a fluent English speaker.

What are the required technical skills

• Familiarity with the SAP MM module.
• Very good understanding of workflows in SAP.
• Very good knowledge of integration with modules such as Finance (Accounting) or Sales (Deliveries).
• Very good knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification.
• Understanding of FIS solutions.
• Basic debugging skills of SAP programs.
• Customization knowledge for the SAP MM area.
• Basic knowledge in SAP PP/PM, SAP WM/EWM.
