Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the day-to-day operations of the courier services drop point/collection point/outlet within the designated area, including supervising sorting, routing, and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
• Gain knowledge of different courier systems used for parcel tracking and managing deliveries, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining service quality standards.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times; improve route planning and make real-time adjustments as needed.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs; take corrective actions to address any performance issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints; implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and maintain strong relationships.
• Learn logistic processes, including warehousing and transportation.
• Learn to analyze data and prepare regular reports on operational performance and other relevant data for senior management.
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM holder.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed (may need to work during weekends & public holidays), 6 days full-time, 9 am - 6 pm.
• Preference will be given to candidates willing to relocate to other states (within Malaysia).
