Job Responsibility
- Set operational goals for the designated region.
- Direct the development and implementation of a strategic plan to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management, including cost control within budgetary constraints.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of all branches and couriers to uphold service standards in the assigned region.
- Prepare performance reports and identify challenges within the designated area.
- Analyze data in collaboration with relevant departments and supervisors to devise effective solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry knowledge and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as delegated by management.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
- Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience through their personal achievements.
- Previous experience in the logistics industry is a prerequisite.
