Job Summary

• To complete all maintenance works in a timely manner and meet the established quality standards
• Ensure the proper operation of all the electrical system and compliance to the safety regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical systems installed in the buildings, parks, recreational facilities, etc. are in good operating conditions at all times
• Ensure the proper condition and operation of all electrical switchboards and their proper safety protection
• Carry out the maintenance works as scheduled and complete the works on time and quality and meeting the established maintenance standards
• Assist the management through regular inspections of the facilities located in the township and report on their conditions
• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance to ensure the proper operation of the standby generator
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Department
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management
