- Daily stock balance updates via system to Excel template.
- Share updated lists via social group of Sales team (Indicate if new model or restock items).
- Generate daily sales report according to given template (by Salesperson).
- Support to issue Sales Order when required.
- Update HQ purchaser if any price changes by brands.
- Check daily emails for any correspondences.
- Issue manual Delivery Order (for credit card terminals and some assets related).
- Generate sales report as per requested by HOD.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- At least SPM / STPM.
- Precision, carefulness, and detail-oriented.
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm; Saturday, 9am - 1pm.
