Program Execution

• Executes all program and project activities with a focus on efficiency, quality, and maintaining a success rate above 90%._
• Manages program implementation, ensuring tasks are completed on or ahead of schedule._
• Leads and documents program meetings to support clear communication and stakeholder accountability._
• Keeps stakeholders informed on progress and milestones, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals._

• Collect and constantly update data for impact management._
• Gathering documentation from stakeholders and internal work to back data collection._
• Document and report all programs as required._
• Organize and archive documentation for easy retrieval and reference._
• Research and monitor ongoing development and sustainability of Impact Malaysia’s training framework._

• Contribute support to all resource development efforts for the brand._
• 80% of targeted research work met for program development._
• Contribute to native communications contents._

• Expand brand’s participation or audience pool._
• Ensure all program attendance quotas are met._
• Ensure sufficient program partnership with relevant institutions and provide strategic input from communities towards targeted program impact and efficiency._
• Maintain a database of program experts and stakeholders and do stakeholder engagement for program execution._

• Supports the strategy, planning, execution, and monitoring of Impact Malaysia’s programs and initiatives._
• Ensures quality control across finance, administration, systems, and resource management to meet business internal goals._
• Manages digital storage systems and production assets, ensuring proper documentation and archiving._
• Engages in continuous capacity building, shares knowledge with the team, and handles ad-hoc duties as needed._

• Ensure clear and compliant communication of programs and social impact content to the public._
• Collaborate with Government Affairs on government-related matters, compliance, and relevant tasks._
• Prepare accurate and accessible routine reports for management review._
• Coordinate communications, reports, and submissions to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and other government agencies.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management._
• 1–2 years of working experience in a related field with proven track record in coordinating or managing programs on social work, volunteerism, youth and community building, non-profits organization and prior internships are welcomed._
• Candidates with Program coordination and development, Impact measurements and reporting, Capacity-building, Research and resource development skills highly welcomed to apply._
• Must be detail-oriented, posses good organization skills, and able to multitask and prioritize tasks._
• Advanced knowledge of Office / MacOS work applications, and co-working applications i.e Google Suite apps and Project management applications using either Scrum / Kanban frameworks will be added advantage.
