A Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving a company's revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, leads from webinars, social media, and marketing.
- Participating and closing leads from webinars and offline seminars.
- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations and quotations on products.
- Negotiating, closing deals, and handling complaints or objections/rejections from a variety of platforms.
- Assisting in support for customer inquiries through WhatsApp.
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with the internal team.
- Assisting in data management for blasting and calling for new and existing customers.
- Updating daily reports.
