A Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving a company's revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Here are some key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with this role:

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, leads from webinars, social media, and marketing.
  • Participating and closing leads from webinars and offline seminars.
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations and quotations on products.
  • Negotiating, closing deals, and handling complaints or objections/rejections from a variety of platforms.
  • Assisting in support for customer inquiries through WhatsApp.
  • Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with the internal team.
  • Assisting in data management for blasting and calling for new and existing customers.
  • Updating daily reports.
