Senior Engineer Industrial Engineering

In your new role you will:

• Conduct standard validations, time studies, method studies, data collection to determine IE standard and productivity improvement
• Study operations sequence, material flow, labor utilization and cost analysis to promote manufacturing efficiency
• Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards
• Drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems
• Update / review / maintain of IE database (iBID, iTFM)
• Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Preferable Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
• More than 4 years of related semiconductor assembly experience in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
• Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
