CONVEYANCING CLERK

GAN & ZUL

Job Description:

1. Handling all conveyancing related matter.
2. Preparing SPA and Loan Document based on booking form.
3. Prepare and update status report.
4. Liaise with client and pick up calls.
5. Follow up with Developers, Banks, Purchaser, Borrower and Law Firm.
6. Preparing vouchers and filling.
7. Arranging despatch and courier documents

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. At least 2-3 years working experience.
2. Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu.
3. Willing to learn, hardworking & responsible.
4. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
6. Able to work as a team.
