Job Responsibility

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Handle clientsâ inquiries and provide assistance
  • Monitor documents despatch and received
  • Recording documents flow and filing
  • Assist staff on preparing audit documentation
  • Assist on Finance, Account & HR related matters
  • Ad hoc task when required

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/âOâ Level/Diploma/Degree
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Internet savvy
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Willing to learn
  • Good in using Canva (additional value)
