Job Responsibility
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Handle clientsâ inquiries and provide assistance
- Monitor documents despatch and received
- Recording documents flow and filing
- Assist staff on preparing audit documentation
- Assist on Finance, Account & HR related matters
- Ad hoc task when required
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/âOâ Level/Diploma/Degree
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Excellent communication skills

- Willing to learn
- Good in using Canva (additional value)
