- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
- Participate in organizing company events and career days/fairs.
- Files documents and answer to employee inquiries.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, screen resumes and applications, schedule and coordinate interviews and maintain candidate database and records.
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Able to source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent and strong relationship builder
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fast learner, resourceful and proactive
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
