Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cost-effective, scalable facilities management solutions
- Lead innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across all locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into facilities management
- Optimize resource allocation and sustainability practices
- Manage overall outlets maintenance issues in Servedeck, monitoring tickets raised
- Handle post outlet-opening preventive maintenance components, including but not limited to pest control periodical checks, upkeep of fire extinguishers, servicing of air-conditioners, and maintenance of walls and floor tiles
- Manage Servedeck, maintenance & IT/Preventive Maintenance simultaneously
- Monitor maintenance issues after renovation works from time to time
- Organize work effectively and efficiently to ensure timely completion of maintenance timelines
- Coordinate with external or panel contractors on warranty and maintenance issues
- Supervise companywide machinery and ensure security standards are met
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Building Services, Computer Science, or any related discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Facilities Management or in Information Technology/Computer Science. Experience in dealing with contractors will be an added advantage
- Proven track record of implementing innovative facilities management solutions
- Ability to manage several urgent cases simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with emerging technologies in facilities management
- Ability to think creatively and challenge traditional approaches
- Possess own transport and be willing to travel
