Contracts Manager

Piling Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Contracts Manager on behalf of our client.

Operating across different sectors including piling, foundations, ground improvement, and stabilisation projects they ensure successful project delivery for their portfolio of Blue Chip clients across the UK.

Location of this role is flexible as you will be required to travel across the Southern UK regions and also be available to work weekends as required

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Management of multiple projects across the Southern UK regions
2. Delivering programs and RAMS
3. Managing Site Managers/Supervisors and site staff
4. Developing and maintaining new and current client relationships
5. Ensuring the profitability of projects
6. Regular Client Liaison
7. Ensuring company HSE standards are adhered to

Successful candidates will have:

• Previous experience in managing live projects within Ground Engineering, Piling, or Foundations
• Self-Motivation
• Site Management Experience
• CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS
