RAWANG, SELANGOR Job Functions: Handle customer inquiries. Responsible for internal matters and activities:- Leading indoor team member's days to days of sales operation. Daily indoor sales operation of the designated product in the division. Assisting the sales collection and adhere to credit control of each sales personnel. To carry out the appropriate marketing / sales strategy to achieve sales target. To arranged and monitoring of daily lorry arrangement / delivery. To identify sales viability for the department which include new products developments and marketing idea. To handle customer's order arrangement. To overlook indoor team of daily activities. To liaise with production daily on the arrangement matters. To submit reports and finding to the Sales Executive as and when required To assist the Sales Executive in formulation the sales strategy, policy matters, budgeting and etc. as when required. Timely preparation of invoices and delivery orders. To make arrangements for delivering of material. To submit reports to Sales Director when required. Requirements : With 5 years in related experience. Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office and willing to learn. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a must due nature of business required. Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage. Good communication & interpersonal skills, good attitude, punctual, patience and good working attitude.
