- Manage project sales for roofing insulation and building material solutions
- Develop relationships with developers, main contractors, and consultants
- Identify new project opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Follow up on quotations and support long-cycle project closures
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Travel as required to meet clients and support business activities.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by Heads of Department (HODs).
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
- Preferable proficient in MANDARIN-speaking candidates who will be serving MANDARIN-speaking customers.
- FRESH GRADUATE or minimum 1 year of working experience, ideally in the building materials industry or related field.
- Strong network with contractors, developers, and architects would be an added advantage.
- Aggressive and willing to travel outstation.
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Independent, self-driven, and committed to achieving results.
- Must possess own transport.
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft is required.
- Salary will be commensurate with experience.
