Job Responsibility
- In general, ensuring that the target in KPI is achieved to ensure that the marketer earns a solid monthly income.
- Operate FB advertising (FB Ads) by making settings and also monitoring the movement of prospect traffic (prospect traffic).
- Ensure sales occur for leads obtained from advertising created.
- Follow all evaluation sessions (reviews) and/or meetings set by the management.
- Make marketing & sales reports by entering sales and marketing data in our centralized system.
- Record the performance of the entire team regularly to help facilitate management to evaluate and give appropriate rewards/punishments to ensure the process is fair and transparent.
- Comply fully with the marketing and advertising procedures established by the company.
- Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
