Job Description

• Cost controlling of the respective value stream and PDCL (Product Class) - production cost center planning, budgeting, controlling and overhead reporting.
• Responsible for customer quotation and intercompany transfer price calculation.
• Responsible for product structure review for Current Forecast and Business Plan.
• Continuous improvement in area of responsibility.
• Responsible for product analysis and reporting for management decision.
• Investment assessment.
• Responsible for lead product cost tracking and project result tracking.
• Support Free Trade Agreement application process.
• Align and update on Central Directive for costing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
• Preferable with working experience in manufacturing environment and MNC, of which minimum 3 years working experience in plant controlling and reporting.
• Proficient in English language both in writing and oral.
• Team player, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven, result and future oriented.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills.
• High cost awareness, high analytical skills and quality standard.
• Good in system applications; demonstrated skills in SAP Costing module.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel/ PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate & competence appearance.
• Proactive and willing to learn; striving for continuous improvement.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
