- Significant and demonstrable experience in graphic design, usually ranging from 5 to 8 years or more.
- Proven track record of working on diverse design projects, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Expertise in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Ability to create visually appealing and conceptually strong designs across various mediums (print, digital, social media, etc.).
- Experience in leading and guiding junior designers or design teams.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to help develop the skills of team members.
- Project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
